Last night after a 3 mile run to the lake and a 3 mile walk around the lake… 🤔 it’s Weds my peek for the week workout… may go for a 10k tonight… I’ll let the body decide…7 -

The candid gym videos are always…..something to see.😂🙈
Usually you think you’re doing better than you are….jumping higher or whatever. Not this time, I knew it was BAD. And this video proved it. I am sooooo weak with such little stamina after being off for so long medically. It’s really really good to be back but really hard too. Physically and mentally. It *kitten* sucks being heavier and starting at ground zero. Nothing to do except keep going I guess.

The candid gym videos are always…..something to see.😂🙈
Usually you think you’re doing better than you are….jumping higher or whatever. Not this time, I knew it was BAD. And this video proved it.
