I ate McDonald's!

McD chocolate shake is the best.1

Wing Stop and Carl's Jr. are the fast food I go to the most these days0

Not usually any room in the calorie count, but Five Guys is the best here.1

Having Popeye's tonight after my kids soccer game. Either that or Blake's Lottaburger (local FF joint...good FF burgers). I don't remember the last time I had McDonalds...probably some road trip or another a couple of years ago. Definitely not something I crave fast food wise. In general, I don't crave fast food much at all and don't particularly care for most places...but sometimes I just gotta have some Popeye's fried chicken or a Blake's...probably once every three or four months or so.0

When I trained for my first marathon, I remember making myself a deal halfway through my first 20 mile run: you get a McDonalds milkshake at the end.
Best. Milkshake.Ever.5 -
I don’t think I’ve ever had a McDonald’s shake. Maybe now is a good time to try one?1

Sorry, White spot for shakes. POSSIBLY DQ.
A&W for onion rings.
Wendy's for baked potato and chili.
McD's for fries and breakfast items... and fish fillet I guess if a fish fillet were to be acceptable anywhere.... (fish fillet half tartar add extra fish fillet patty add 3x slivered and 3x red (if available) onions... that's a different story: we're getting past edible and into yummy!) oh. And vanilla cone! <-- I mean that's like #1!
Of COURSE cheeseburger plus quarter pounder in one meal is a crime against the universe, only saved POSSIBLY by the addition of fries... but seriously, Niner.... time to get a McDouble (with an extra patty, so call it a triple without the extra cheese) and save some money! Oh, and Tim's for donuts and soup.
And those are the ONLY fast food combinations allowed or else MFP will smite ye, but if eaten as described weight loss will always ensue because... err... fake negative calories when eating approved fast food, yeah, THAT'S IT!
<I now want to go to cookout... we ain't got one... we ain't got no sonic neither...>1 -
I like McDonalds, hate burger king and the thought of Wendy's makes me nauseous. After a while I get sick of Mickey D's and the thought of that makes me sick. Then after a break I go back. Cheeseburger and small fries or if I am in mood, Big Mac and fries.2

I never really liked McDonald's hamburgers but I do like the Filet o Fish. And DEFINITELY the ice cream cone.
I'm good with Burger King burgers (loved the Big King) or Carl's Jr. Just don't get the kids meal at Carl's Jr thinking it's only 200 calories. The fries themselves maybe....when I weighed them after eating some in the car on the way home. And the burger was way too big to be like 1 calorie.3 -

We used to go to Steak'n'Shake for shakes, the ones with various add-ins, after rowing races. They're delicious, but around 800 calories.
Rowing races are short. Even when you row multiple events in a day, that math works poorly. Doesn't mean I wouldn't still do it, if I were still racing, though. 😋
The math would work better with marathons.
Somehow, I think we may've diverged from things that would support OP here . . . but maybe not. 😉2 -
CharGrill has the best shakes ever. i havent thought about those in forever.
y'all just don't know what you're missing.
I don't even remember the last time I had one. It's been a hot minute. I know that much. years and years. had to have been when i was with my ex. so at least 5 years.
I am thinking the next time I go into town for one of my doctor appointments (its about an hour and a half away) I might have to treat myself to one...1 -
