@Elbee1 - I went through the exact same thing with my Mom in 2014. It's so hard and I'm sending hugs.

Dr Berg's DIY Homemade Electrolyte Shake

    1 avocado
1 cup of berries (raspberries, blackberries, strawberries)
    1/2 cup lemon juice
1 TBS organic apple cider vinegar
    1/4 tsp himalayan pink salt
5 cups water/ice cubes ( to desired consistency)
    Sweeten if needed with stevia
    From Dr. Berg's Video notes~
Try this easy homemade electrolyte shake recipe—it’s keto-friendly!

Replenishing your electrolytes is crucial on a Healthy Keto and intermittent fasting plan. Without electrolyte replenishment, you might experience keto flu, constipation, dehydration, and many other issues.

If you exercise or you sweat a lot, you can add more sea salt to the recipe if needed. 1/2 tsp should be plenty.

Why is this electrolyte shake so powerful? It is packed full of potassium, magnesium, sodium, and calcium. Take a look at the electrolyte breakdown.
