Bike: 162.24/400 miles

Ok, I made it, proving August was no fluke and I could repeat it. I will allow a slightly reduced volume next month though because I am pretty sure this is the absolute most I can fit in. Also, while all this walking has not aggravated my plantar fasciitis I think backing off just a bit will be helpful. It seemed quite happy with that "off day" last Saturday. Time to give it a little more consideration, perhaps.1
