Sept 30:
I've done at least 30 minutes of some type of cardio daily, with some light core work most days. I've also logged everything I've eaten and with the exception of one day, stayed around my calorie goal (not eating back exercise). Next month, I think I need to figure out how to try to get to a better balance within my macros. I'm still carb and fat heavy, and light on protein most days. As a vegetarian, this has always been the toughest part if I don't want to always have to eat greek yogurt and beans/legumes.

Sept 22:ย 154.4- on a side note, my washing machine broke over the weekend. Rather than pay someone $400 to fix I bought a new drain pump and repaired it myself (and I'm not handy). That took a lot of my time and worry the past few days so I'm glad I kept up the work on myself! ๐
