Total loss for October Almost a half pound in two days? Well, the scale has been going through fluctuations the last two weeks. Like up 5.5 pounds and then back down four pounds. Crazy stuff. Even my average weight was up over 2.5 pounds and now back down almost a half. This is one reason I weigh every day but pay more attention to the average. Sometimes even that can be maddening. I'm sticking to it!5 -
Hi, everyone.
I refocused on my health when the school year started back in August. Unfortunately, I managed to injure an already messed up knee on the first day, so I've been limping around for 6 weeks, unable to exercise. BUT, this time I didn't let that interrupt the rest of what I could do to get myself into a better place. I'm awfully far from where I need to be, but I've lost 50+ lbs more than once in my life. Done it before, I can do it again, hopefully for the last time.

I just found this challenge, so here I am. I know my goal for October is rather meager, but I need to get into the habit of losing weight, again. If I make the goal to low, it will only discourage me. I would like to thank lisamoreno27 for posting about the VA move program. I signed up for it today. It will definitely help.
