    A little discouraged this week. I'm continuing to gain weight rather than lose it. It might be because I didn't get my exercise in this week but hopefully that will change this coming week. οΈπŸ˜”

    How closely are you tracking your calories? How did you determine your daily intake goal? A deficit, exercise or none, will result in fat (and weight) loss.
