I actually got down to 193.0 lbs yesterday but I had a heavy meal at work (someone bought Mexican food!!) and had a few snacks and I knew it would bump me, but it was delicious.
Iβm super pleased. Iβve tried to lose so many times recently and nothing came of it, so the fact that Iβve already hit my month goal (even though it was an easy one) makes me so happy! I know 5lbs in 1 week isnβt very sustainable, but to kickstart my weight loss it sure does give me extra motivation!!
I tried to add some walks (about 3 this week) to my daily schedule. Iβve also worked every night this week and my work schedule being wonky is part of my calorie deficit. So I know the amount Iβll lose weekly will change, and this weekend being off will bump me up too (I have a date planned with the hubs and I plan to eat!) but Iβm excited!
I think Iβll make my new goal for October 189.9lbs!!! If I can lose 2 more pounds this week and 2 more the next Iβll be at my goal!10 -

My water weight is all over the place daily, but I'm trying to focus on the bigger picture. Since I'm within last ~12lb mark, I'm trying to focus on lifting/macros/recomposition. Running is very addictive to me, and I started developing shin splits last weekend, while avoiding weights to run more! (And eat more carbs then necessary to run ππ) Long term that much running does nothing for healthy weight loss habits.10 -

Total loss for October Just over four pounds so far for the month. Two weeks in a row with consistent and significant loss and moving more quickly than in a long time back into maintenance goal range. I might hit the top of my range by next week or at least the month. Well, unless I stall which would totally be understandable after consistently going down several weeks... after a year of struggling with a slow increase.

A little discouraged this week. I'm continuing to gain weight rather than lose it. It might be because I didn't get my exercise in this week but hopefully that will change this coming week. οΈπ
How closely are you tracking your calories? How did you determine your daily intake goal? A deficit, exercise or none, will result in fat (and weight) loss.3 -

Between being sick with a sinus/ear infection combo, stress at work, busy home life, etc....October is sort of turning into a mess as far as weight loss. This will be hard to coordinate my special meals and exercise. All during the reno too. House full of people everyday with drywall mud, paint buckets, boxes of bathroom tile and now a TON of toys. I just hope I donβt fall again!
Oct 17: β¦..186.2β¦..(Trend Weight 187.2)β¦..A bit of travel this week, otherwise it was pretty good. Exercise and walking slowing down due to weather and time constraints too. However, the renovations are going a bit better for the most part. Serious lack of privacy in my home, especially since DD and DGS age 3 moved in (and workers here 7 days per week), but even with the inability to exercise indoors, itβs nice to see progress on the project at least! My weight today is my exact starting weight from so Iβm hoping I can make progress in the next two weigh-ins.
