    @shanaber I did read the blog post. It's very insightful. I enjoyed the read and hope I can incorporate some of her insights into my running, when I get back to it.

    @quilteryoyo glad to hear you got cleared to do a test run and it went (mostly} ok. Walk/run every other day sounds like a good plan. Take it slow.

    7 miles this morning. Thought it would be colder this morning than it actually was, since it was in th upper 50's and 20+ mph wind. So wore a long sleeve shirt, and I was very hot after the 1st mile. But legs felt much better. Just hard fighting that wind.

    6 miles for me this morning. No wind but was a little chilly at 42F. Rain is moving in later today and I'm traveling tomorrow after work so I have Saturday and Sunday to meet my goal. I think I have about 17 miles to go...
