No to bad for being down with pnuemonia the first half of Oct....3 -
it's good Coach, maybe because you were so active before, your organism recovered the force better and in a short time and step by step you will recover totally
This is also for us an example that with an active life and exercise , illness can be beaten easier during the recovery time
In these times where we are obliged to stay at home and exit less frequent, it is the proof , that people should do something and take their lives in their hands , exit more, stay more outside in nature and also do their best even at home, there are many workouts indoor
It's the force of the human spirit not to give up , especially now1 -
