Nov 3 164 lbs!? I can only assume this is water weight. We had to drop my kids off at my in-laws which is about an hour away, so we stopped for dinner at A&W 🙄 I didn't want to eat subway, which is what I usually get if we stop for take out on the run. Won't be doing that again. (It wasn't even that good.)

I have been weighing myself daily, but I've been too ashamed to share. Which defeats the purpose of this group. I've really been struggling with my food choices. I have good intentions and then I don't follow through. I used to meal plan all the time, since I've gone back to work I've found that I'm too tired or the motivation to meal prep is gone. And I feel overwhelmed with all the other chors around the house that have been neglected. I know I'm not the only working mum out there, does anyone have advice?

Nov 5-188 (I knew it would be higher. My house has been taken over by allergy season and comfort food has helped us to feel better)
Nov 12-187 I need to do better next week. It will help that my monthly friend will be gone.

Nov 15- 160 lb. I REALLY fell off the wagon over the last couple of months due to stress and gained some weight back *like over 10lbs, major cringe *. I'm trying to get back on track. With the holidays coming up.... it's horrible timing.... BUT I have to at least try!! Even if I just maintain through the rest of the year. Wish me luck friends!
