FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

    Great Job! @musicsax Thank you for setting up the new round!

    I posted a link to this announcement on November 12 2021. We will still have to contend with changes at some point.
    BBCode is Back! For now at least. After much discussion with our forum provider we have been given the go ahead to return to BBCode in the short term. They are taking our feedback into consideration as to what was not working for us with their new posting editor and will hopefully be making some much needed changes before its time for us to full embrace the newness.

    *Please note all posts made before we switched back to BBCode will still maintain the other formatting. All new posts will utilize BBCode.

    ●This is my breakfast oatmeal replacement on Keto.

    **Keto Seed Porridge ~ 1 serving
    5.2 net carbs ~ 333 calories

    ~1/4 tsp madagascar bourbon vanilla bean paste
    ~1 TB hemp seeds
    ~1 TB flax seed meal
    ~1 TB flax seeds
    ~1 TB chia seeds

    Hey - one thing I noticed is this is under the Health and Weight Loss category instead of Challenges. Is this something that can be changed? Otherwise I'm afraid that some folks might not be able to find it.

    That was me, didn't realise it was in the Challenges category, I think once it's been posted it can't be changed? Maybe corrected next round ? Apologies :(
