Awesome success!

Sometimes I want to give up, because I keep falling off the wagon and I seem to gain and lost the same 10 pounds for months at a time before there is any progress... then an old picture like this comes up on my timeline, and I can compare it to where I am now... and it fills me with renewed purpose.

Still a long way to go, but found an old picture of me at about my heaviest (around 235) and current (about 200). Less hair along with less face.

@AKTipsyCat , I am beginning to suspect that gaining and losing the same 10 lbs (or 5lbs, or whatever), for months at a time is actually maintenance. Take heart in that you will be very good at it by the time you get to where you want to be!
(And in your photo you look great, by the way!)

One year anniversary, yesterday. Quick, messy, in-progress photo…down 82 pounds, and more to go.

Down from 284 to 199! So glad to be back in the 100s again! About a week before my one-year anniversary! Still got more work to do!

Always thought I had a round face - turns out it’s more heart shaped than I thought! Down 50 lbs 😁52 -
46lbs down 30 to go - I want to rea ch my goal before my 47th birthday next year 😊16

I hit 120 pounds down today. There may be a few more wrinkles without all of the fat smoothing things out, but I'm still thrilled with the progress.

Sometimes the before and after pictures make me cringe on the inside....

You look totally different. Great job on 55lbs. I think I saw you in Dune 😄8 -
Sorry about the "quality"- first image taken nearly 5 years ago-at the beginning of my journey.
Last one taken this month (after my haircut.)
Starting weight- 555 lbs
Today's weight- 295 lbs
Still another 100+ to go, but feeling much better.
