    Nov 15- 160 lb.I REALLY fell off the wagon over the last couple of months due to stress and gained some weight back *like over 10lbs, major cringe :s *. I'm trying to get back on track. With the holidays coming up.... it's horrible timing.... BUT I have to at least try!! Even if I just maintain through the rest of the year. Wish me luck friends!
    Nov 16- 160 lb. I did alot better lastnight! Very little snacking and I had a salad for dinner. Same game plan for today!
    Nov 17- 158.2 lb. Dropping the water weight!

    Goal for November is 4 pounds down

    Nov 5-188 (I knew it would be higher. My house has been taken over by allergy season and comfort food has helped us to feel better)
    Nov 12-187 I need to do better next week. It will help that my monthly friend will be gone.

    I feel good about my progress. Been keeping my eating window to 11am til 5:30 pm and eating two small meals with a snack of celery and carrots in between. Up to drinking 3/4 gallon of water every day. Had to give up yoga, kickboxing and my daily 3 mile walks as I have destroyed the meniscus in my right leg at both roots and will be having surgery to repair it January 11. In the meantime just dealing with the pain and wearing my brace as much as possible while trying to keep the meds to a minimum.

    Nov 20: 184.4. It is 7:30am on Saturday and I started a fast at 4:30pm Thursday. Goal is to break fast at 10:30 this morning with something small and light. It wasn’t as difficult as I expected it to be. Been drinking lots of water and having some green tea and black coffee.

    Nov.24 263.6 I believe my body just fluctuates way too much to weigh in everyday and honestly I am enjoying working out and eating well too much for me to fixate on it. Cause it is ruining it for me. I will finish out this month then switch over to once a week for the next one we do.
