I know, I'm "cheating" a bit by not doing a weigh-in this week... it's been a rough one and I really don't want to get depressed by a 0 or even maybe slight gain... so I'm taking a pass this week and claiming 0 lbs. Have already started getting back on track and will do my "real" weigh in next week.
This way I can be happy and relaxed going into this weekend's half marathon0 -

I did not lose much this past week, only .4 lbs.; but I have been celebrating my "60th" Birthday this week , first with our kids & grandkids with a special dinner & a movie with snacks & cake. Then my BFF took me out to lunch on my birthday. So I have splurged a few times. Now my hubby is taking me out to dinner tonight as he had a meeting the night of my birthday (Wed) Anyway hope to do better next week. Best wishes for a great loss to you all!0 -

@Dewpetals--Hope all goes well with the surgery, walking the halls and pacing does burn calories, try and drink a little extra water, that may help, and journal- if that's your thing. Dump all your feelings and stress onto the pages instead of a plate. Good luck!
