I'm Mary 64, 5'4" from Pennsylvania. My goal is to get back down AGAIN to 122 lbs.Kept it off for about 5 years and then got lazy. My body just stores Carbs to easily. DECEMBER GOALS: 1. Lose 3.8 pounds and get to 163. I weigh myself only 2-3 times per week, and I log my food every day. 2. Lose 1 inch off my waist.
