😀 A warm welcome all new 1st timers to the challenges and hi again to those returning for another month😀
We are flying through the months and we have now reached the last hurrah of the year… December🎄🧑🎄
The first time I joined one of these was the best thing I ever done, lost 32 lb in 4 months. It’s really nice to see how others are getting on and it’s a motivation to keep on track😀
Give yourself a motivation, this seems to work for me, maybe you have a break away booked, Many of us may be heading back to work after a looong break or even a getting ready for a wedding!
Pick your own goal, check in once per week and at the very end of the month. Let's keep encouraging each other & staying focused on our individual goals.
You can change the dates to suit you, but try to keep it weekly as it shows off the weekly progress better😀

Will input my goals tomorrow, my weakness through November was chocolate covered peanuts! Fine in
Moderation but I was a pig for them. I will go back to boiled eggs as snacks for this month!😃3 -

Okay! Hi - Short story here...back after a few months of fighting breast cancer - and praise to God...have so far been blessed with clean scans...and am now on Tamoxifen. Need to...not want to... lose 120 lbs.

Long story... my Mom had a heart attack in March and survived it...my Dad passed in May (53 yrs of marriage..so my poor Mom...), my breast cancer diagnosis in July, lost my cousin's husband and my Aunt in in Sept./Oct., just wrapped up radiation...and now - it's time to refocus. I've always been able to focus on "here and now" ...but this has been a trying year to say the least. I have two sons...and I'm striving to be here for them as long as God allows...in as healthy a body as possible. So - time to see what I can accomplish! Back when covid hit...I lost 20 lbs and while I've gained a little of it back...I'm not going to allow that to be my endgame...Lord willing! So - here we go! Wishing you all great success... here's to working hard...and having fun doing it...hopefully!
