Hi everyone! ❄️ Starting the challenge too after gaining back so of the weight I had managed to lose over the summer.
I want to be more disciplined about logging 👩🏫and more intentional about focusing on the foods I truly enjoy eating 🥗🧀🥒. Sometimes I find myself eating something mindlessly just because it’s on my ‘safe food’ list and having tons of it because I don’t feel satisfied.

Hi, I would like to join please! Trying to drop a couple of kg before Xmas kicks in, and then carry on into the new year losing weight. Had a baby a year ago and just struggling to get back into healthy habits.

I'm in! I've got to do something...lol. I've gained back 30 of the original 90 I lost. Maybe this challenge will help keep me accountable. I'm 45 ( 46 tomorrow ) 5'4". I don't really have a "goal weight" just a goal feeling and I'll know what that is when I get there. Good luck everyone!!

Hello! I’m Athena! I’m 5 ft and started getting serious about my weight in the November challenge and am looking forward to continuing this month! 🎄
I did well with weekly goals in November, so plan to continue those this challenge: I will try to only go out to eat on the weekends and practice mindful eating and push to work out three times a week.
