Hello! I’m Athena! I’m 5 ft and started getting serious about my weight in the November challenge and am looking forward to continuing this month! 🎄
I did well with weekly goals in November, so plan to continue those this challenge: I will try to only go out to eat on the weekends and practice mindful eating and push to work out three times a week.

Taking it easy on the goals this week and just gonna focus on one day at a time for now. Gonna cook instead of go out.
