    Managed to lose 3.2 lbs in November by doing this 31 day challenge and holding myself accountable…. My goal weight is 125, I don’t have far to go and I have a very nice winter wardrobe that is motivartor for me. Goal = 4 lbs for December

    Morning! I weighed late this morning, after a coffee and a glass of water, I was expecting it to go up though as I went slightly over cals yesterday - I'm aiming to eat at a deficit in the week and at maintenance at the weekends. Been for a 3 mile walk this morning and have a hockey game this afternoon so hoping to catch up on some steps today!
