Just Give Me 10 days - Round 170

Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and then gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then & didn't want to gain any more, It's took me 75 rounds to achieve my under 130 target; back to maintenance again!! But than I crept up again, so need to get back under 130. A healthy life style has to be a permanent way of life.
