At some point, this started to become much, much more easy. It was somewhere after 3 weeks or so. Not saying I am in the clear, I know that I will have difficult days ahead, but it seems like the craving and habits are behind me. It is really interesting how I couldn't stop myself before, now I just think, "not anymore" when I experience those triggers.4 -
