Hi, my name is Char. I am on a low carb journey, keeping it under 70 carbs. I initial wanted to do Keto, but I wanted to be realistic about what it is I could stick to. Feel free to share with me your low carb recipes. Thanks in advance!

Hi, Char, and welcome to MFP!
I'm not a low carb-er myself (I'd have to sacrifice too many foods I enjoy, as a vegetarian; and I've been able to lose weight with more carbs in the picture, luckily).
I do know it's a great strategy for some other folks, though!

Hello Char
I am on a Low Carb non Keto Diet in which I eat 75-120 grams of carbs and 60 grams of protein per day. What I do is make sure that I have a protein, veggie and a carb at each meal and for snacks I was have a protien and a carb.
