Hello all! I am going to give this a try. I have been actively watching my CICO for almost 2 years. In the spring I started eating gluten free-ish (about 95%) to help alleviate symptoms from hashimoto's. I started Dec 1, 2019 at 231.0 lbs. I am a 38 year old mom of two who "loves" to run half marathons.

    November: 203.4 - 199.8: 3.6 lb loss
    December: 199.8 - 197.6 - 2.2 lbs lost
    Nov - Dec: 203.4 - 197.6 - 5.8 lbs lost

    1/1: 199.0 lbs
1/2: 198.8 lbs - 7 miles ran yesterday then a whole lot of nothing!!! I watched the harry potter 20th anniversary and rewatched a bunch of game of thrones. Good lazy day!
1/3: 197.0 lbs - I was very low calorie yesterday but ate nothing "good" for me. I had a bowl of cereal, half a bag of popcorn, and a turkey cheese rollup. I just wasn't super hungry.
1/4: 197.6 lbs - It is so cold here this week I don't want to do anything except curl up on the couch with my dogs. I ate gluten yesterday and felt horrible all night.
    1/5: 197.8 lbs
1/6: 196.8 lbs - Yesterday was another weird eating day. My first meal was at 130 and my dinner was at 6. I guess I am unintentionally intermittent fasting. :) I am trying to learn to eat when I am hungry. I did try Kraft's gluten free mac and cheese last night for the first time and WOW it tastes just like the original. Happy Thursday all!
1/7: 197.4 lbs - Yesterday was super stressful and I stayed up super late last night watching game of thrones eating popcorn. Hopefully today will be better.
1/8: 196.0 lbs - lowest weight in a year! I am sure I will bounce around more but this is really exciting.
    1/9: 197.8 lbs
1/10: 197.0 lbs - pretty caviler with eating out this weekend.
1/11: 198.0 lbs - bowl of cereal after dinner last night.
    1/12: 198.2 lbs
    1/13: 197.6 lbs
    1/14: 197.0 lbs
    1/15: 197.6 lbs
    1/16:198.6 lbs
    1/17: 199.6 lbs
1/18: 196.2 lbs - this is a big drop from yesterday but I did run 8.5 miles. So it will probably jump up a bit tomorrow.
    1/19: 197.0 lbs
    1/20: 197.8 lbs :/
1/21: 198.6 lbs - my daughter tested positive for covid this morning. so I stress ate half a bag of doritos. that should definitely help on this health journey....

@lizziebtothec I hope your daughter will have a speedy recovery!
