    Hi, I am in for another cycle. Thanks for starting this again.

    STARTING WEIGHT/DATE WITH MFP: about 175 on 8/19/12 (been here a long time, lol, but kinda off & on)
    Lost about 25 pounds, then pretty much maintaining, up a little, down a little, but would like to lose another 15 or so.

    Challenge starting weight: 154.2 (this is a little inflated because of Christmas, etc.)
    I weigh every day & average them on Monday, so my numbers are the weekly average.
    My goal for this cycle will be 145#
    Oct. average weight= 152.01
    Nov. average weight= 151.28
    Dec. average weight= 150.53

    Starting weight = 154.2
    1-3-22= 153
    1-10= 150.86
    1-17= 151.17
    1-24= 149.54

    Hi! I'm Kris (female, 53yo, and 5'10").

    I'm logging this a day early because we're getting a storm tonight, and they're predicting possible power outages. If we did lose power, I know it'd bother my quasi-obsessive tendencies that I couldn't log, so doing this now just to save myself the potential stress.

    I do weekly averages and I measure in kg
    Week 0: January 9: 94.0 kg (=challenge starting weight); (544 cal/day sun-sun)
    Week 1: January 16: 94.0 kg (-0.0 kg this week, -0.0 kg total, -0.0 kg/week); (725 cal/day sun-sun)
    Week 2: January 23: 93.8 kg (-0.2 kg this week, -0.2 kg total, -0.1 kg/week); (644 cal/day sun-sun)
    Week 3: January 30: 94.0 kg (+0.2 kg this week, -0.0 kg total, -0.0 kg/week); (630 cal/day sun-sun)

    Hmmm, three weeks in and back to square one. Apparently need to get my level of activity up. Maybe should start logging that as well, seemed to work last time I was loosing weight doing average of 800 cal/day. Goal for his week: at least 800 call/day average!

    January 22: 138.8 Went over my calories on Monday, but was under them every other day this week. I drank 64 oz minimum of water daily and even upped my exercise by 15 per day to compensate. This has to be water retention because I didn't eat that many extra calories to gain fat. That's my excuse anyway!
