I’m not perfect, there are days when I go over my calorie limit (2 days ago I was at 187, but yesterday I ate some lasagna, so back to 188 today), but I’m still down from last week. I have 5 more lbs to go by the end of the month. I’m focusing on that for now. I’m not trying to be perfect, just going towards the right direction. This challenge is really helping!11 -

This is what I am working on now. I used to want 8-10 lbs a month loss and would get frustrated and disappointed when it didn't happen. I have 5 lbs a month now, and honestly, I just want to see any downward trend, do I weigh less now than I did last month?
