    Feb 1- 0.25 hr
    2- 0.25 hr
    3- 1.5 hr walk
    4- Off
    5- Lots and lots of standing. No exercise
    6- 3 hr skiing
    7- R&R- body is out of alignment
    8- 1 hr elliptical

    Feb 9: planks, kettlebell squats, treadmill walking, aerobic workout: 1 hr 48 min

    Total: 33 hrs 25 minutes ( 7 hrs 25 minutes without work). My goal is to increase my exercise outside work, although I log it in my diary.
