2 more weeks in the Sunshine State. I think I need to be more realistic setting my goals for the month. Last month wasnβt reasonable and neither was this one.7 -

Been super cold last few weeks but there were 2 days that got into the 40s so went for runs. Had a pretty bad ice storm that left house wo power for 2.5 days. But somehow keeping up with eating well & exercising. Hope everyone is finds success as well7 -

Okay, not the direction I wanted to go. But not a ton of damage after a week of vacation where I didn't track or log at all. Some of it may be water weight as well, as I ate some salty foods the last few days. Going to take the rest of this week to get myself back on my normal schedule, then try to start working out again starting next Sunday. Hopefully I can still see a small loss this month!7 -
