    People say keto/LCHF isn’t sustainable. I’ve been doing it for over 4.5 years with amazing results!

    This is NOT A DIET. It’s a LIFESTYLE.

    I AGREE 100%! Regrettably, I let go of long term low carb eating in favor of a disastrous ”balanced" diet.
    As a teen I lost "baby fat" by eating low carb. As an adult I switched to the food pyramid and fed myself and family into overweight and obesity. Worse, we had to change our taste to get accustomed to high carb low fat eating.
    Thankfully, we have all recovered or are recovering. This was a painful lesson in listening to the body to know what really works for you.

    I take measurements because they're less sensitive to salt intake.
