    The month I had Covid: loss of appetite and lack of movement caused a sudden drop, then I got hungry again and wanted to treat myself, and now I’m heading back on track. There was a 62.2kg blip too, but the low BF% on the scales showed that was temporary.

    Having used MyFitnessPal for 10 years I find it interesting how it reflects major life events, and in the general scheme of things, Covid (so far, touch wood) has not been a big blip.

    Total loss for February Still up over a pound for the month, but at least a little less, on average, than a week ago. Celebrate the little successes, right?

    I just returned to MFP after a long absence. I think it was 2014 the last time I participated in one of these challenges. I always felt most motivated when doing this particular challenge and I'm really glad to see they're still going. I'm looking forward to the March challenge. Thank you!
