-move 30 minutes each day (getting it in! almost up to 8000 steps a day! whoo-hoo!
-log all food and drink (Logging away!)
-stay within calorie budget (need to do better on choices) started Intermittent fasting 16:8 sometimes 18:6

Total pounds lost in March: 3.4lb loss (was looking for 5-10 but i'll take it, not gon' give it back! )
April 5: 215.8
April 12: 214
April 19: 215.2
April 26: 216.6 Started out good but ended up back where i started
Total pounds lost in April: ZIP! I've lost inches and hoping the scale weight gain is from muscle since i've really pumped up on exercising. Some days I put in 2 hours total of exercise. So I've reached and surpassed that goal. still logging my food even though some choices are not totally healthy and takes me out of my calorie goals. Just don't want to give up my favorites!
May 3: 216.2
May 10: 216.2 No change. I think I set my goals too high. If I even make it to 10 pound loss, I'll be happy at this point.
May 17: 214.6 Yes! Victory progress on the scale! 2 weeks left!
May 24: 211.8 I'm so happy! Finally seeing the scale move. Clothes are fitting looser. I plan on continuing after this challenge is over for another 3 month goal. This time I KNOW to set a small achievable goal - 10lbs!(LOL)
May 31:212.4 up a little, but was expecting that
Total pounds lost in May: 3.8lb loss plus inches!
Total pounds lost in Challenge: 7.6! I'll take all of those hard earned losses!
