Women between 5' and 5'3" how many calories a day do you eat?

1300-1400I am 5’1 hw 161 sw 2022 148 cw 141 gw 115. I’m on my feet for my job but I wouldn’t call it active as I’m mostly standing and moving my arms. Exercise 30-60min 5 days/week. Was eating 1000 (sometimes slightly less) and was losing well but then I stopped losing, got super lethargic, and binged. I did some research and decided to shoot for 1300-1400 from now on. My weight bumped up for the last week since I increased cals but I was back down a little this morning. I think I’ll lose slower at this amount but be healthier overall. Still have 27lbs to lose.4

1400-1500I'm 5'0, 31, and attempting to eat an average of 1200-1300 a day. I successfully lost weight on 1500, though. Currently, that is something I know is doable for me, so I put down 1400-1500 a day. I eat about 200-500 extra calories a day on the weekend, despite whatever weekday goal I have.1

1300-1400I’m 5’1” with a sw of 198 and cw of 131. I maintain around 1500-1700 depending on my activity level and when I was in weight loss I was at 1200 and didn’t eat exercise calories back.3

1200-1300I used to have a Fitbit, but it broke and found that I ate my workout calories which isn’t good when you’re trying to lose. I plan to increase my intake when I get more active. The number is just a guide and sometimes I’m over, but it works out and I feel free. (Also edit I’m 52)0

I'm 5'2", 54yo, and when living a sedentary lifestyle if I eat below 1300 calories I lose, if I eat above, I gain. I try to keep it in the 1100 to 1500 range, mostly towards the low end. I'm exercising now and trying to eat back at least half my exercise calories.0

1400-1500I’m 5’3”, 47, 140, have my cals set at 1430, but don’t always eat them all. I exercise most days and don’t eat my exercise calories back, for the most part.0

2000+I’m 5’ 4” 28F weigh 185 lbs and workout 4-5 days a week plus 8000 steps a day and can maintain on an average of 2500-2600 calories. Aiming to lose 20-30 lbs.0

1000-1200I actually just came to the forums to ask this!
I’m 5’ and eat anywhere between 1200-1500 and exercise for 60 minutes a day, 4-6 days a week, and I’m not even losing half a pound. I’m even using the same meal plans I had when I was able to afford a dietician. I’m so frustrated and confused and I’m at the point where I’m going to the doctor to ask for advice.
I’m scared y’all, I’m pre-diabetic and have been working my *kitten* off since I got this new in January. I’m so tired and discouraged.

CW: 63kg / 139lbs
I walk 60-120 minutes a day with the mutt...
I'm taking a deficit break at the moment, while I practise maintenance for a month or two. To maintain at 63kg I'm eating around 1875 - 1950 calories a day.
When I get to my ultimate goal weight of 54kg my maintenance calories should be around 1800/day.1 -

I'm 5'3" and lose under 1600. I probably eat even more. I'm very active. I just don't log perfectly.0

I figure losing calories a little differently: Target body weight (not current weight) multiply by 9-11 (9 for sedentary work, 11 if active/on your feet daily) then take that number and multiply by 1.x (x=number of workout/training hours per week). My target BW is 132 with a desk job, but I run/lift 5x a week for about an hour: 132 x 9 = 1,188 x 1.5 = 1,782 daily calories for losing weight.0

1700-1800I guess I am lucky because I have been losing at 1600-1800, not sure about maintain because right now I’m still losing. I was eating 2000+ previously so my body was used to do that, probably why I feel like I’m starving to death at 1700 lol0

1000-12005' 2.5", female. I was at 170 in August. I am now 124 lbs (8 months). I ate 1200 calories / day (most days) and my exercise was walking 5000 to 10000 steps. I do not eat any calories back from any exercise. I am in the process of adding a tiny bit of calories in per day to maintain.0
