Not the best progress. I am going to the gym everyday and doing heavy weight lifting, so I may be gaining muscle. I lost an inch in my waist which is good. I'm still feeling good. Just gotta keep my chin up and not let the scale bring me down.

My ultimate weight goal is flexible. I really need to add a lot of muscle. Want to add regular yoga & strength work to my exercise (walking in a hilly area) routine. And add some speedy walking to my weeks for good cardio, and to start signing up for speedy walking half marathons once more. My first in probably a decade is at the end of this month. Might be cool to re-walk that race again next year & compare my times. π
