Not the best progress. I am going to the gym everyday and doing heavy weight lifting, so I may be gaining muscle. I lost an inch in my waist which is good. I'm still feeling good. Just gotta keep my chin up and not let the scale bring me down.

My ultimate weight goal is flexible. I really need to add a lot of muscle. Want to add regular yoga & strength work to my exercise (walking in a hilly area) routine. And add some speedy walking to my weeks for good cardio, and to start signing up for speedy walking half marathons once more. My first in probably a decade is at the end of this month. Might be cool to re-walk that race again next year & compare my times. ๐

Late to the thread but I started a March challenge myself and am happy I found it! I am also trying to do no soda all month. I have a friend who is also trying to lose 10lbs with me this month and itโs so nice to have a partner in it. Happy to be a buddy for anyone who may need it!

I have given the last few weeks my all, staying well within my deficit and working out daily. I was averaging 234 at the end of last week. But I have gone up again after the weekend. Most likely just water weight from weekend festivities, hoping it will even out again in the next day or two. Still a bit discouraging.

Hmmmโฆ exceeded my monthly goal for now by setting my MyFitnessPal goal to lose 0.2kg a week, leaving my FitBit goal at maintenance, and aiming between the two each day. There are other confounding factors, like water weight, but generally seem to be going in the right direction, but so fast that I keep cleaning the feet on my scales each day in case the loss is just an error. ๐๐
I feel like I want to focus on getting to my goal weight now, just to see if I like it or not. I can see and feel my recent losses and I like it, but I want to see if I still like 55kg too.7 -

Managed to get out for a walk one morning this week, going to try and go out walking when im not on an early shift in work.
