 I have given the last few weeks my all, staying well within my deficit and working out daily. I was averaging 234 at the end of last week. But I have gone up again after the weekend. Most likely just water weight from weekend festivities, hoping it will even out again in the next day or two. Still a bit discouraging.

 Hmmmβ¦ exceeded my monthly goal for now by setting my MyFitnessPal goal to lose 0.2kg a week, leaving my FitBit goal at maintenance, and aiming between the two each day. There are other confounding factors, like water weight, but generally seem to be going in the right direction, but so fast that I keep cleaning the feet on my scales each day in case the loss is just an error. ππ
 I feel like I want to focus on getting to my goal weight now, just to see if I like it or not. I can see and feel my recent losses and I like it, but I want to see if I still like 55kg too.7

 Yesterday my family and I went skating which was something I havenβt done in forever. It was so much fun! It was nice to get out and do something different for my workout rather than my normal routine and spending time with my family at the same time.8
