Hi everyone,
I’ve gone through so much stress during the last 18 months. As a result, I gained weight because I was not eating right and did not exercise much. I need to be healthy and take care of myself.
I’ve been doing so well since last Friday. Eating healthier, logging my food and exercising.

I lost 40lbs and then over the pandemic gained 20 back! I'm down 10 now and have another 10-15 to lose.

You can add me. I’m back at it and my goal is to loose 10 to 15 pounds. I started working out in July and I feel so much better. Now my focus is on food as well. Meal prep and less junk. I need others for accountability.1

I’d love to join the group. I’ve had success with my fitness pal in the last and can’t seem to get myself back to tracking. I need an accountability partner to get started. I work in a high stress environment and am struggling fitting my normal work out routine back after having a baby 8 months ago. Support and friends are appreciated!2
