Success/Struggle: My weight was going back down at the beginning last week but then we received some meal kits (Green Chef). They were very good but though I didn't actually count calories, I know they were high. I have one more tomorrow and that is Vegetable Beef Soup so shouldn't be too bad.0 -

Successes/struggles of the week: Still working to come down a bit in my maintenance range, but had a few rough days out with friends that killed the deficit I made during the week. Will try to get my mind back in the game, the fluctuations are so rough even with Happy Scale.
Had my 8k on Sunday and crushed it! I was worried about my knee, but didn’t even feel an ache or pain the entire time. It was so fun and the weather was amazing! I ran it 5 minutes faster than expected6 -

Success of the week: My average weight is practically back to my ideal maintenance range. It has been in my absolute maintenance range all month, but I will probably end the month with a monthly average still above the ideal range. That's OK. The trend is still good.
Struggle of the week: It looks like I will fall short of my quarterly mileage goal.

I've been pretty unmotivated for the past several months with my workouts and getting my steps in (just managing to do both, but not putting in much effort into either). Doing the bare minimum, but hoping that I'll get motivated again.4 -

• Sunday was Mother’s Day in UK, and my family were also celebrating the 25th birthday of my grandson. I took a pass day, and had a small uptick.
My weight dropped back down again today.
• I had begun to get lax with my fat intake, so have been monitoring that to keep within 2% of my daily fat goal.
• I have restarted some activities which were curtailed during lockdown, so have changed my exercise schedule to fit in with those. (I am a volunteer leader for several groups for a lifelong learning charity)4 -
