Total loss for March Scale bounced around this week; I had a big food day on Monday, but I still ended the week down 2.3 pounds. That's almost a half pound a week, and I'm quite fine with that. Getting back close to my ideal weight. Still... I didn't quite meet my goal for the month.

From now Iβm hoping to make my goals to outdo myself from a year ago, and then keep going. Last year at this time I was the lightest Iβd been in about 8 years, whereas this time round being that same weight is less exciting.6 -
