Signed up for Premium Trial + Subscription and it doesn't work - no support

I signed up for Premium 3 days ago, all of the information is in my subscription with a start and stop date and payments. But the Premium does not work. I have emailed multiple tickets to support...nothing...so is myfitnesspal Support this bad, if so I need to get out. Premium does not work, al least for me and support is non-existent
Any ideas?

    The fact that you show as a Premium member on your post suggests your subscription is actually working.

    What specific issue are you having that makes you think it hasn’t ‘worked’?

    if you're trying to cancel you need to go through the app store before your trial runs up and you get charged.
