ideas on exercises to reduce booty size!! lol

I have always had a large booty and thighs,,,, any suggestions on how to shrink them would be great! Thanks in advance!

    Squats, lunges, doing the stairmaster, step ups, walking/running and elliptical have all worked to tone, define and reduce the size of my pear shape!

  • I'll trade you my belly for your booty! Our family has the unfortunate shape that we're all legs that go right into the belly. I'd love to have a butt. However, if you're looking for trimming the thighs, hips and butt you might want to try Vinyasa or Ashtanga. Lots of hamstring lengthing and toning going on!

    You can't really target areas of your body until you have less than 20 pounds to lose. At this point, you'll just need to do a lot of cardio to reduce overall body fat.
