    Ditto. MFP has been a disappointment the last few days. I hope they fix it before I find a replacement.

    My android app was not saving food logging, then when it did, it would save the same food log multiple times. Also, it would not save a personal recipe. the laptop AND the android would not save the personal recipe.
    So I disabled the android app and re-installed....and now, ALL my food logging is wiped out on the android, since beginning of March!! UGH!!!! I still have the food logging/exercise on the laptop, so I don't dare disable this one and re-log back on!

    (Please note, am not synching with any other apps. I use MFP by itself.)

    I’m glad it’s not just me. I’m able to login to the app on iOS, but it’s not syncing with anything, and I was unable to save a recipe as well.

    I have the same problem and in addition to that the Garmin Connect App and MFP do not work together anymore as well. It seems that MFP is not receiving the activity data from connect and not sending all the data back to connect correctly too!

    This is terrible service I paid for this app. All my recipes have disappeared from the app. But appear on the web login. I cannot record my eating as I cannot enter the new recipes I use or find my existing ones.
    How do I get a refund of my annual payment?
    The support people should never have let this happen , should work 24/7 to fix it and provide a time when fix expected. For all I know they are drinking in a bar now
    and not providing the service we pay for.

    Does anyone know a similar app that I can use?

    Same here... no longer syncing the food info to Garmin Connect app, for my watch, over android.

    Is this in the process of being fixed? Are there any work around/resets that will help? Maybe connected with recent app update?

    I can't add new food to the database today either. If I remember correctly, the last time I was successful of doing this is the day before yesterday.

    NSURL domain error 500 - can’t input recipes - this is v frustrating. - have reinstalled app but still no change !

    Bonjour moi aussi je rencontre des problèmes sur app de mon téléphone, elle me demande de rentrer les informations des repas alors que c'est déjà fait, et ne me donne pas la lecture du journal complet en fin de journée, tout ça depuis le 22/04/2022. Merci de votre aide

    My phone app and desktop won't update with the same info. I have to put things in manually in both. In other words, if I put things in on my phone app, I can usually go to my desktop, do a refresh, and all the info will show up there as well. It's not doing that.

    Same here. Not able to save recipes on the app or desktop for a few days now. Tried reinstalling the app but no luck.

    UODATE Our engineering team has wrapped work for the evening (Sat), and will be monitoring the migrations they have in progress overnight. Once these migrations are complete, the can proceed with the next round of code changes to move closer to resolution.

    Me too! How do we get help? I put the same recipe in three or four different ways, on my cell and on my laptop and it let's me get through the whole thing and then, it won't save. grrrr eqay9x0n83nr.png

    Started using MFP yesterday, worked at first, broken within hours.

    Same issue as others have described, unable to sync MFP data from android app to the website, which means Garmin Connect is out of sync (it can sync but there is no data to fetch!)

    MFP app will not pick up steps or exercise captured by Garmin Connect until I log out of MFP app and log in again, but there is no workaround for sync between MFP app and website!

    Is MFP often this broken, would rather not use it at all if this is the way it usually is, in addition to that there seems to be nothing but silence from MFP on this issue.
