Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and then gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then & didn't want to gain any more, It's took me 75 rounds to achieve my under 130 target; back to maintenance again!! / none / Welp, this is a well-deserved kick in the teeth. Easter dinner was AMAZING. My contribution was a spiral cut ham on the smoker with lots of “value added,” like maple syrup with brown sugar-based meat rub between every layer. I ate too much of that plus twice baked potatoes, green bean casserole, corn pudding, dinner rolls, strawberry rhubarb pie, etc. etc. (did I mention Easter candy?)

So, today’s reading is not totally me. It includes all the above and significant water retention.
