How long did it take you to lose 25 pounds?

it has taken me 4 months. I am just shy of 25lbs lost, (I am at 24.8) and my 4 month "anniversary" is on the 13th.0

I started off at 242 in July, and I'm at 220.8 today. I'm not at 25 lbs yet, but it's been at least 3.5 months.0

10.5 months to lose 31 lbs. I lost the first 25 lbs in about 8 months.
I started at 181 and I'm now 149 and I am 5'4", 31 y.o.
I had no interest in doing it quickly. I have all the interest in keeping it off.0 -
I started at 282. I lost 25 in about 2 months.0

For me, the speed really depended on how much I had to lose... It took me three months to lose the first 25 lbs (254 down to 229), but it took six months to lose the last 25 (165 to 140).0

2 weeks, but I went hardcore, its just what I do.0

Lost 31 since july 1st so 25lbs took @ 3 months. First few months was just low carb, but in october I started doing cardio and workouts 6 days a week, and then added a 1330 cal restriction too. This weeks been a good one despite Halloween temptations. Only another 92lbs to go..... maybe another 12 months...0

Looking back, between all the up and down, it's taken me 6 years.0

A couple of years ago it took 5-6 months, I was not eating healthy and was starving myself, I went from 130 to 100.
Not recommended in any way at all, I was miserable, frail and had serious food issues. Go the healthy way about it and don't compare your weight loss to others.

For me, 2 months to lose 25lbs.
This year, 2022, I weighted 302lbs March 1st and on April 30th, 277lbs. I am on a calorie deficit eating between 1250-1450 calories by my doctor. I don’t go to the gym but once in a while I will go walking for a mile or two.0 -
I've lost 15 pounds roughly since I logged on here 29 days ago. The first week was about a 7 pound loss. The second week 3.2. And the other 2 weeks was roughly 2 pounds a week. That's the rate I'm aiming for...2 pounds a week. This is the fastest I have ever lost weight. But this is the highest weight I have ever started my weight loss journey at. I expect the weight loss will slow this next month. I expect to have lost total 23 to 25 pounds by day 60.0

When I started in Jan. 2020 I weighed 151. I weighed 127 by the first week of October 2020. So I lost ~.7lbs/week.0
