Not syncing with fitbit

I have confirmed:
it’s connected to Fitbit.
I have confirmed it’s using the Fitbit steps.
I have deleted both apps and reinstalled.
I have restarted my phone.

I have an iOS IPhone and use a Fitbit charge 2.

    MFP isn’t connecting to Fitbit app. I don’t want to delete the app because I don’t want to lose any of my info. When I try to connect it keeps bringing me to get the apps. How do I connect?

    I am having that issue. I figured out how to get it to count steps but it will not track my workouts or it double counts

    You will never see workouts sent over from fitbit in your diary. However, the calories for those workouts are included in your calorie adjustment. It's a quirk specific to Fitbit.
