    @musicsax LOL about not going over 4 hours fasting. Do you wake up for a middle of the night feeding?? Coffee, chicken broth, and water help me get through.

    Hehe .... My comment was about the sugar free sweets not the fasting!! That confused me for a while, but I'm laughing now I see the confusion !! :D:D

    I have about 26 kg to lose. I use tape measurements (cm) because they aren't affected by salt intake. My weight has been dropping for 2 months now. Apparently I've been trying to lose weight since September 2012, the last time I was at goal weight. Let's see if stopping eating sugary food is going to change things.

    plugging these numbers into my spreadsheet I get a trendline of 84.3 down to 83.3 cm

    How this round went: my eating is improving but I'm still eating more than I could be, especially at the start of the round. I only did two runs (4 and 6 minutes), and no days without sugar. My weight has dropped quite a bit this round but I don't know if it's a 'whoosh' or just going without salt for many days. Let's see when I have a salty meal. I'm bumping up my weight loss to 40 grams a day which means goal weight in 21 months.
