Insight Timer (tons free, but can also upgrade for even more) & Balance (free unlimited for 1 year)0

Yes. Insight Timer is a great tool. Tons of great, free meditations as well as relaxing music and other tools.0

I like the breathe app, quick easy breathing excercises that clear my head0

I like Headspace. I tried Ten Percent Happier, but it's a little too... ?? Idk but I definitely felt like I was not the target audience with that one.1

I’ve been using Calm for a couple of years but recently started to use Headspace. I like them both a lot.0
