Iโve been away for a while and have gained weight. My problem is binge eating and sometimes restriction/calorie counting can trigger it. But, nothing else Iโm doing is working. Maybe joining a challenge will keep me accountable? I have gained about 15 lbs and would love to drop it again, for good this time. Looking to do it slowly and sustainably.
Iโm a day late but I did weigh myself yesterday.

Hi, I'm Caren, I just joined, but I'm in 100%. Did this in the past from 150 lbs to 120 lbs In 2 month
After that I had 2 children, hysterectomy in January because of fibroids and stress, at my highest weight ever at age 38. I'm doing this for my children I'm only 5" tall.

Total loss for June After going in the wrong direction the last couple weeks, I seem to have continued to do so. I sill am NOT changing my goals back to what they were. This last big gain is a blip and will pass, and then I'm back on track. If not... Nope. I'll be back on track even if it's not today.

Current BMI = 37.82 Severely Obese. I hate my BMI description of Severely Obese. Previously when my BMI was 42.12, the Description was Very Severely (Morbidly) Obese.
There is no cartilage in both of my knees which is very painful when I walk. Life has become unbearable for me. My aim is to go for knee replacement operations.
However the surgeon will not operate if I weigh more than 100kg.
I have lost 12.7kg in the 62 days since I started again on March 31st 2022 with the program.
This means I still have 11.9kg to lose until I reach 100kg
If I can get down to 80kg BMI = 27.04 Overweight, then maybe I will not need the operations!3 -
