    I am going to move to recording in lbs. Kg is working fine, but I can see that lbs has greater sensitivity for weight. Not as much of an issue now, but it will be once I drop another 10 to 15kg.

    Below wedding weight now. Lowest I have been for ~5 years. 6 more weeks of loss and then an 8 week maintainence phase for me.

    Had 2 big days this week. One with around 5k calories, one with 7k calories. Both planned. Going to head to maintainence for at least 2 weeks. Body is telling me it needs it. Happy to maintain over next two weeks or have very minimal loss.
