    Joining late this month as weโ€™ve been away on our holidays for the last 2 weeks. Just arrived back late last night after a fab time away. Weighed myself this morning and a 1.2kg gain isnโ€™t too bad for 2 weeks fun in the sun! I was preparing myself for an extra kilo on that ๐Ÿคฃ. Back to normal healthy easing and my regular exercise plan ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€

The first 10 will require the most changes in habits and the most dedication and resolve. Still no good kitchen and lots of travel in the picture this month. This wonโ€™t be easy but it never is.

    @mudh8r - you can try searching on your user name, or just scroll backwards in the thread. I keep a separate notes file or text file and update that, then copy and paste into the thread.

    Maybe I need to change my goal for June? I Didn't expect to see it drop that much.

    My weight fluctuates a lot. Keep doing what you're doing and keep an eye on the long term trend. If you set too aggressive of a goal and then bounce around back up and down with daily/weekly weigh-in, you can get frustrated.

    As a personal example, the scale showed me a 4.8 pound loss over two days... followed by a 3.2 pound gain in one day. Over the last few weeks though, if you look at the trend, it's a lot flatter than that. There's some good apps and websites that can help filter out the noise. I use WeightGrapher and TrendWeight.
