Great book by Doug Brignole, questioning the dogmas in the fitness industry.

I have been in a reading funk for a couple yrs now.
My attention span has been too short.
Last night my internet/tv went down so I read 15 chapters (or 24 pgs) of,
    The Book Of Enoch.
    Put me right to sleep.
    😂

A couple of the best books I've ever read.

I just finished Cajun Justice by James Patterson.

I love Kristin Hannah, I've never read any James Patterson - I will have a look for that one on my next library visit 👍

This is going to hurt (by Adam Kay).
Technically I'm listening to it (for the third time lol) but it counts!

Adam Kay has an amazing way of storytelling that you really don’t find all that often.

It’s worth checking out his other reads too if you like that one. Though, I have to admit, that’s his best imo.

Just finished Where The Crawdads Sing - loved it. Now I'm reading The Liz Taylor Ring.

I just finished The Old Man and the Sea. Somehow missed that one in HS. It was better than advertised.
